1. 同意條款

下載或使用 CourtShot，即表示你同意這份條款。從 App Store 下載時，另外適用 Apple 的標準授權合約。

2. 服務內容

CourtShot 是在 iPhone 上錄影、記分與直播的工具。直播透過你自己在直播平台（例如 YouTube）的帳號或串流金鑰進行；我們沒有伺服器，不經手你的影片或直播內容。

3. YouTube 功能

CourtShot 使用 YouTube API 服務。使用 CourtShot 的 YouTube 功能（包括用 YouTube 帳號登入、開播、分享直播連結），代表你同意受 YouTube 服務條款約束。Google 如何處理你的資料，請見 Google 隱私權政策；CourtShot 如何處理，請見我們的隱私權政策。

4. 你的內容與責任

你錄下、直播或分享的內容由你負責，包括取得場地、主辦單位與球員的同意（未成年球員由家長同意），並遵守直播平台的規定。
不得用 CourtShot 侵害他人的權利，或從事違法的行為。

5. 費用與功能調整

CourtShot 目前免費。功能可能隨版本調整；日後如果推出付費功能，會在 App 裡清楚說明價格，由你自己決定是否購買。

6. 免責聲明

CourtShot 以「現況」提供。直播與錄影可能因網路、裝置或直播平台的狀況中斷，請自行備份重要的影片。在法律允許的範圍內，我們不對因使用或無法使用 CourtShot 所造成的損失負責。

7. 條款變更

條款如有變更，會更新這個頁面並修改上方的生效日期。變更後繼續使用 CourtShot，即表示你同意新的條款。

8. 準據法

本條款以中華民國法律為準據法。

Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By downloading or using CourtShot, you agree to these terms. If you download CourtShot from the App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.

2. The service

CourtShot is a tool for recording, scoring and live-streaming games on iPhone. Streams go out through your own account or stream key on a streaming platform such as YouTube. We run no servers and never handle your videos or streams.

3. YouTube features

CourtShot uses YouTube API Services. By using CourtShot's YouTube features (including signing in with YouTube, going live, and sharing broadcast links), you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. See the Google Privacy Policy for how Google handles your data, and our Privacy Policy for how CourtShot does.

4. Your content and responsibilities

You are responsible for what you record, stream or share, including getting consent from the venue, the organizer and the players (parents, for minors), and following your streaming platform's rules.
Do not use CourtShot to infringe anyone's rights or to break the law.

5. Pricing and changes

CourtShot is currently free. Features may change between versions. If paid features are added later, the price will be shown clearly in the app, and buying them is your choice.

6. Disclaimer

CourtShot is provided "as is". Streams and recordings can be interrupted by network, device or platform problems, so back up the videos that matter to you. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, CourtShot.

7. Changes to these terms

If these terms change, we will update this page and the effective date above. Continuing to use CourtShot after a change means you accept the new terms.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan).
